In English:
In the example of "Hello. My name is XYZ.", 'my' is typically translated as '저'[jeo], not '나'[na]. This is because '-입니다'[-ip ni da] is already honorific, but '나' is a general form, and its respective honorific form '저' is more appropriate.
Also note that Korean word for 'name' is missing; if kept, Korean translation will start with "나의 이름은-"[na eui i ru mun], where '의' is something like English word 'of', and '이름'[i rum] means 'name'.
